Terms of Service

These terms apply to anyone who books a parcel delivery, receives a parcel, or rides as a delivery partner through foruvr.com or the FORUVR Android app. FORUVR is operated by JS NEUROSCIENCES LLP. By using the service you agree to these terms.

The service

FORUVR lets you book a rider to collect a parcel from one address and deliver it to another within our service area. The fare is calculated from the road distance and shown before you confirm a booking.

Your account

• You must give accurate details and keep your password private.
• You are responsible for bookings made from your account.

Bookings and parcels

• Pickup and drop addresses and the receiver's phone number must be correct. Wrong details may cause delays or extra charges.
• The parcel must be packed so it can be carried safely on a two-wheeler.
• Do not send prohibited items, including illegal goods, weapons, explosives, flammable or hazardous materials, cash, jewellery, live animals, or anything banned under Indian law. Riders may refuse a parcel that looks unsafe or prohibited.
• Avoid sending fragile or high-value items. Parcel insurance is not offered at this time.

OTP handover

• A rider collects the parcel only after the sender shares the pickup OTP.
• The parcel is handed over only after the receiver shares the delivery OTP. Sharing an OTP confirms the handover.
• Do not share OTPs with anyone other than the assigned rider.

Fares and payment

• You can pay online when booking, or choose pay at delivery, where the receiver pays the rider by UPI or cash.
• Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Coupons apply only as described when they are offered.
• Refunds and cancellations follow our Refunds & cancellation policy.

Delivery partners

• Riders must hold a valid driving licence and follow traffic laws.
• Riders must verify OTPs at pickup and delivery and collect payment honestly when the order is pay at delivery.

Liability

We take reasonable care with every parcel. Our liability for loss or damage caused by us is limited to the fare paid for that booking, except where the law does not allow such a limit. We are not responsible for delays caused by wrong details, the receiver being unavailable, traffic, weather or other events outside our control.

Suspension

We may suspend accounts that misuse the service, send prohibited items, or abuse riders or staff.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction over any dispute.
