Privacy Policy

FORUVR is a parcel pickup and delivery service operated by JS NEUROSCIENCES LLP ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use foruvr.com or the FORUVR Android app, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and password (stored securely by Google Firebase Authentication; we never see your password).
• Booking details: pickup and drop addresses and map locations, receiver name and phone number, parcel type and notes.
• Location: your device location, only when you tap "Use my current location" or share a drop location. Riders' locations are used while a delivery is in progress so it can be tracked.
• Payment details: payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive the payment status and reference, but not your full card or bank details.
• Device and notification data: a notification token if you allow push notifications, and basic technical logs needed to run the service.

How we use it

• To create and manage your bookings, calculate fares, assign riders and complete deliveries.
• To send booking updates, tracking links and one-time passwords (OTPs) by WhatsApp, push notification or on screen.
• To process payments and handle refunds.
• To prevent fraud, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share only what is needed to deliver your parcel and run the service:

• Riders: pickup and drop addresses and receiver contact details for an active delivery only.
• Receivers: the tracking link and delivery OTP for their parcel.
• Service providers: Google Firebase (hosting data and sign-in), Google Maps Platform (address search), Razorpay (payments), Meta WhatsApp Business Platform (messages) and Netlify (website hosting).
• Authorities: when required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and payment records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet accounting and tax requirements under Indian law. Shared-location links expire after 2 hours.

Your choices

• You can turn off location access or notifications in your device settings at any time.
• You can ask us to correct or delete your account details by calling us on the number below. Some records may need to be kept for legal reasons.

Security

Data is stored with Google Firebase and protected by access rules so that customers see only their own orders and riders see only their assigned deliveries. Parcel handovers are confirmed with one-time passwords.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
